Our first female ARKA was the
founder from Gemerska Poloma. During her life she had brought up her 21
puppies (10 dogs, 11 females). She had been always successful at the
exhibitions and in 1999 she won a club exhibition in Hungary. Her
descendants had continued in her steps. The most
successful was If Benco, who became the champion of Slovakia,
the interchampion and the grand champion.
BRITA was the second female from Gemerska Poloma. During her
life she won the titles: the champion of Slovakia,
the interchampion and the champion of veterans. She brought up her 37 puppies
(24 dogs and 13 females). The following of her
descendants should be
mentioned: Frixie Benco, Lin Benco, Juliette Benco, Jimiro Benco,
Monthy Benco (the champion of Poland), Mistress Benco (the champion of Russia).
The further growth, imported from abroad, was
Hidegkuty Berni Jossefina. Also, we exhibited her successfully, achieving
the title of the champion of Slovakia. She brought up 19 puppies
(10 dogs, 9 females). The most successful of them had been Obelix Benco
(the champion of Russia) and Ornela Benco.
We have high hopes for Lin Benco, which was growing up together with Jossefina. Lin was a very beautiful female having a smaller body, however she was
a typical representative of the Bernese Mountain Dogs. At the
exhibitions in Croatia she achieved the titles CAC 2-times and CACIB
2-times. After that she did not have success anymore, because she was poisoned.
However she brought up 2 litters - 16 puppies (8 dogs, 8 females). I
would like to mention the most successful one - Rostica Benco.
In the meantime we decided to buy a female of the Great Swiss
Mountain Dog.
That was done and Laura Svisart was included into our breeding. She
brings us a big pleasure from the very beginning. She has achieved the
titles: the champion of Slovakia, Croatia and
the interchampion.
She has brought up two litters counting 11 puppies (4 dogs, 7
females).
Except the above metnioned specimens, in 1995 also our doggie Arko
Benco arrived. This doggie, even he has been competed for many years,
has never achieved any title. He always obtained 3-rd or 4-th place.
Regardless of this he was an excellent breeding dog sought-after not
only by our breeders but ones from abroad. He could be proud for his 148
progeny.
Presently our new hopes are growing in our yard – the two females
imported from abroad.
One of them is Dsunshine v.´t Beertjes Hof, who should be
classified this year. The second one is Enya v.´t Beertjes Hof.
She is a little monkey. We hope they will fulfill our expectations.
